ABOUT ME
This is me!😉
Hey there! My name is Desy Garcia, and I’m a proud Venezuelan-American who has been part of the process serving industry for over 15 years. I stumbled into this industry when I was just 20 years old, and what started as a job quickly turned into a passion and a lifelong career.
I’m a proud member of NAPPS and FAPPS, and I currently serve on the FAPPS Board of Directors. I’m also the Chairman of the Promotion & Growth and Technology Committee for FAPPS, where I focus on helping the association and the profession grow, adapt, and stay strong in an ever-changing industry. Giving back and protecting our profession through legislation are causes that matter deeply to me.
I also work full time at PST (Process Server's Toolbox), where I help process servers strengthen the technology side of their business. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how much the right tools and the right support can make a real difference. That experience inspired me to design, host, and manage websites specifically for process servers and legal investigators. I love helping professionals look polished, stay organized, and grow their businesses online.
My top priority is always providing outstanding, personal service. I want my customers to feel supported, understood, and confident in their online presence.
In 2019, I received my A.S in Paralegal Studies and completed my Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 2021, which allows me to combine real-world industry experience with strong legal and business knowledge.
If we get to work together, you won’t just get a website. You’ll get someone who genuinely cares about your success.
